Here is a step-by-step guide on how we would develop your website for you.

1. Quotation
You can contact us by e-mail, telephone or post to let us know what you need. Don't worry about being technical; we can interpret what you need and propose the appropriate solution. It helps us if you have thought about what the website will do and if you give us any web addresses of sites that you have already seen that you like.

2. Confirmation of Quotation
If you find our quotation acceptable, we will then work with you either via a face-to-face meeting or by telephone/e-mail to confirm the exact functionality that your website will have and date by which each phase can be delivered to you. We do this via a project plan and a Gantt chart. On the basis of this, the quotation that we have given you can be confirmed. If there is no difference in functionality between our initial quote then we the guarantee of on our initial quote will stand.

3. Design Process
Our in-house designers will work with you to assemble the perfect design for your website. All of our designs are developed by our team and are unique to each request. We do not use off-the-shelf templates.

4. Coding and Development
We can start to code the functionality of your website even before you have agreed the design; thus reducing the amount of time it takes to develop your site. We'll work to the agreed project plan and test each part as we go along.

5. Progress Meetings or Phased Delivery
For larger projects we will ask for progress meetings either in person or by telephone to ensure that you as the customer are happy with each stage of development and that the project is on course.

6. Testing
Our own testing procedures catch any stray coding problems and make sure that the website works from a user's point of view.

7. Project Signoff
When the design and coding has been done for your site we will ask you to sign-off the work that we have done. This means signing a document that says you are happy with the work we have done and agree that the functionality is as per the project plan that formed part of the initial contract..
