Back in the good old days when optimising websites for search engines it was a simple case of making sure your META tags had the correct keywords and - in most cases - repeating the page keywords hundreds of times on a matching foreground and background colour. Thankfully, times have changed.
SEO is now an extremely complex science (and some would even argue "art") where one simple method is not enough to carry the day. Indeed news is filtering through that Google are now looking at factors such as speed of page loading to influence your position on the search engine rankings.
When faced with some a bewildering array of methods it is important that you take professional advice for your optimisation strategy. Be sure to get different people involved and compare both quoted prices and also ways of working to make sure you get the best deal. Remember that it's return on investment that is critical, not simply the outlay of the initial cost or monthly fees.
